With over 10 years of experience in the health industry, I have developed a unique service that combines evidence-based practices that are achieved using a holistic approach focused on individual client circumstances. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Master breathwork facilitator, Mind coach, Reiki Practitioner and intuitive massage.

I strongly believe in the mental wealth of employees and understand currently the cost of stress-related workers compensation bills is estimated at $14 billion annually in Australia.
